President

Felice started her career as a medical assistant, eventually earning a degree in Healthcare Management.

After years of working in physician offices she needed a change and accepted a position at a clinical research facility where she fell in love with clinical research. She started as a phlebotomist and quickly became a research assistant, then a coordinator.  Working in various positions taught her how to properly conduct clinical trials and how to operate a small business. In 2008 with the support of her family and lot of determination she opened Eclipse Clinical Research.

Felice genuinely cares about her employees and wants them to be successful, with that in mind she has created a family style environment that emphasizes teamwork. She believes that Eclipse would not be successful without the hard work and dedication of her employees.

Felice feels that there is nothing more important than her family. She and Ricky share 2 wonderful children and recently gained a new daughter with the marriage of their son.  They also have 4 amazing exchange children that have become important members of their family.
