Felice Anderson, BS, CCRC
President
Felice started her career as a medical assistant, eventually earning a degree in Healthcare Management.
After years of working in physician offices she needed a change and accepted a position at a clinical research facility where she fell in love with clinical research. She started as a phlebotomist and quickly became a research assistant, then a coordinator. Working in various positions taught her how to properly conduct clinical trials and how to operate a small business. In 2008 with the support of her family and lot of determination she opened Eclipse Clinical Research.
Felice genuinely cares about her employees and wants them to be successful, with that in mind she has created a family style environment that emphasizes teamwork. She believes that Eclipse would not be successful without the hard work and dedication of her employees.
Felice feels that there is nothing more important than her family. She and Ricky share 2 wonderful children and recently gained a new daughter with the marriage of their son. They also have 4 amazing exchange children that have become important members of their family.

Jennifer Felipe, MA, Clinical Research Coordinator
I am a Puerto Rican who was born in Belleville, New Jersey. My family moved to Miami Beach, Florida when I was 2 years old. I was raised with 2 olders brothers in a bilingual household, where family always found time for one another. Growing up, I learned to be optimistic and patient, two traits I live by and value to this day. After graduating from high school in 2007, I married my soulmate at 19, and we were blessed with two beautiful boys.
We relocated to Tucson, Arizona in late 2016, it was one of the best decisions of our lives! I was able to complete the Medical Assistant program at Pima Medical Institute in late 2018. Shortly after, I was blessed with the opportunity to work alongside the amazing team at Eclipse Clinical Research. An opportunity I am sincerely grateful for! When I am not in the lab processing samples of your blood, you can find me lifting heavy things at Crossfit, letting my paint brush tell a story on a canvas with an array of colors or blasting my music on max to free my soul!

Jenny Anderson, MA

I married my best friend and soulmate in October of 2006. We have been blessed with 3 beautiful children. I’m a Tucson native who loves being at home with my family and our giant fur-baby. I also love woodworking, painting, drawing, hiking, camping, and fishing.
I came to work at Eclipse June of 2020 in a temporary position transitioning Eclipse from paper records to an electronic system. I came with over 16 years of customer service and supervisory experience at a world-known archery manufacture right here in Tucson. I completed the Medical Assistant program at Pima Community College in September of 2022. During this time is when I was promoted to Office Manager. I’m looking forward to many, many years of learning and bettering myself along the way. I am beyond excited to be a part of the Eclipse family!
